18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A Compliance Statement

This statement is published by Stream Foundry Limited (the "Company"), operator of the Camble application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), in respect of the record-keeping and labeling provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
1. Nature of the content
The Platform is an 18+ social discovery and real-time video (video chat) communication service. The Company does not produce, create, direct, or host visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(1), § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
The Platform's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines expressly prohibit sexually explicit content. Prohibited content is not permitted on the Platform and is removed, with enforcement action taken against the responsible account.
Because the Platform does not produce or host content depicting sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of the statute, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / § 2257A do not apply to content made available through the Platform. This notice is published for transparency and in accordance with the standards of our payment and card-network partners.
2. User-generated content and the Company's role
To the extent the Platform enables users to communicate through real-time video and to upload profile images, all such content is generated by users, who are solely responsible for the content they transmit. With respect to any user-generated content, the Company acts as an interactive computer service and platform operator, not as a "producer" of sexually explicit content as defined by the statute.
3. Age of users and verification
- Every user must confirm they are at least 18 years of age before accessing the Platform and must accept the Company's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
- The Company operates automated and human moderation across images and real-time video. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to a minor are removed immediately.
- Where age is in question, verification is escalated to a third-party identity and age-verification provider (Sumsub).
4. Prohibited content and enforcement
Any content depicting sexually explicit conduct, minors, non-consensual activity, or other material prohibited by law or by our partners' standards is not permitted, is removed, and results in account termination. The Company maintains a complaint and content-removal process, described in its Complaint and Content Removal Policy.
5. Custodian of Records
To the extent that any content on the Platform were to be deemed subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / § 2257A, records required by the statute are maintained by the Custodian of Records at the address below.

The Company reviews such reports and removes illegal content immediately; complaints are resolved within five (5) business days.
